MHD CAN FlexFuel Analyzer Kit for BMW B58 Gen2 & S58
The MHD CAN FlexFuel Analyzer was developed specifically for vehicles equipped with BMW B58 Gen2 and BMW S58 engines. The system enables precise, real-time measurement of the ethanol content in the fuel and transmits the measured values directly to the MHD FlexFuel function via the CAN bus.
This allows the engine control system to automatically adjust to the current ethanol content—regardless of whether the vehicle is running on Super Plus, E85, or a custom ethanol blend. Thanks to the plug-and-play wiring harness, installation is quick and easy. No modifications to the vehicle’s original wiring harness are required.

The MHD CAN FlexFuel Analyzer can also be used without FlexFuel calibration to accurately measure the current ethanol content and display it on compatible MHD displays.
Those who want to harness the full potential of varying ethanol blends—from E0 to E85/E100—can also combine the analyzer with a custom FlexFuel calibration. This allows the engine calibration to automatically adapt to the measured ethanol content, enabling maximum performance while ensuring high operational reliability.
